Online order returns

You can withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. You can also withdraw before delivery. Your statutory rights regarding faulty goods remain in force.

Notify us

Send a clear withdrawal notice within 14 days of receiving your order to emin.brandsupport@gmail.com. State your name, order number, items and the date received. You may use this model wording: “I hereby withdraw from my purchase of [items], order [number], received on [date]. Name: [name].”

Return the items

Send the items back within 14 days after notifying us. Address: EMIN., Koulukatu 13, Liiketila 1D, 53100 Lappeenranta, Finland. Pack the items securely and keep proof of postage. Contact us first if you need instructions.

You pay the direct cost of sending a change-of-mind return; the price depends on the postal service you choose. Contact us if an item is faulty or incorrect so that we can arrange a remedy under your statutory rights.

Refund

We will refund the payment and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery method without undue delay, no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may wait until we receive the items or you provide proof that you have sent them. Any extra cost of a delivery method you selected above the least expensive standard method is not refunded. A reduction in value may be deducted if the goods were handled beyond what was necessary to examine them. The refund uses your original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

The EMIN. two-year product warranty is separate from this online withdrawal right and your statutory rights for defective goods.
